Permanent CBT and Clinical Psychology Roles
An exciting opportunity for a band 8a equivalent permanent Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist/Clinical Psychologist has become available.
You will provide interventions to individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties including complex trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, OCD, health anxiety, BDD and more.

We are keen to help you develop in line with your interests and specialisms, and as part of your role you will have the opportunity be involved in service development, social media and other creative projects. This role alongside the benefits we are offering can rival what bigger services are able to offer. You will be mainly working from our Hove based clinic seeing clients face to face, online and carrying out other tasks related to service development. The role may also require supervisory and other managerial duties. There is also an opportunity to work from home and to work flexibly.
The post is open to therapists who are a minimum of 3 years post qualification, holding a qualification in Clincial Psychology, CBT, or those who have completed IAPT High Intensity training. Therapists will be fully accredited with the BABCP, or HCPC registered. EMDR training parts 1-3 is desirable although not essential as there may be training opportunities in future.
Experience of working in Primary Care, NHS, private practice or relevant clinical settings providing support to those with a wide range of difficulties is desirable.

Associate CBT and EMDR Roles
An exciting opportunity for a number of Associate Therapists practicing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR has become available. The post holders will provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and/or EMDR interventions to individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and trauma related problems.
We are primarily a Brighton and Hove based service and we are looking to add to our diverse therapy team. We are in a position where we are now able to consider applicants on a national level, as we are providing a substantial proportion of therapy successfully online.
The post is open to therapists holding a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT, those who have completed IAPT High Intensity training, and to those who have a core profession who have completed EMDR training levels 1-3. Therapists will ideally be accredited or newly accredited with the BABCP, EMDR association and/or HCPC registered.
It is essential that you can conduct high quality assessments as well as being able to formulate, plan and monitor effective treatment plans for clients using clinical outcome measures. You will also be experienced in putting together robust relapse prevention plans.
Experience of working in Primary Care, NHS, private practice or relevant clinical settings providing support to those with a wide range of clinical presentations is desirable. As well as one to one therapy you may have an opportunity to co-facilitate group interventions.
Upon appointment it will be essential that you have an Enhanced DBS check that has been carried out within the past 3 years. You will also be required to have indemnity insurance cover. If you do not currently hold these, we can support you in acquiring them and can obtain preferential rates.
