Permanent Clinical Lead Neurodevelopmental Pathway (AfC Band 8b Equivalent)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead in our Neurodevelopmental Pathway. You will be responsible for overseeing the neurodevelopmental pathway and heading up a multidisciplinary team. As part of your role, you will also provide neurodevelopmental assessments, cognitive assessments and post-diagnostic support.
​
The role will require supervisory and other managerial duties, and we are particularly interested in candidates who have leadership experience and have worked as part of a neurodevelopmental team. We are also looking for a candidate with experience of carrying out autism and ADHD assessments.
​​
You will be working from our Hove based clinic seeing clients face to face, online, and carrying out other tasks related to service delivery and development.
​
The post is open to Clinical Psychologists who are a minimum of 3 year post qualification. Psychologists will be fully accredited with HCPC.
​
We would consider a development role for the right candidate and would be open to speaking to Clinical Psychologists who have relevant experience.

We would also welcome clinicians with an interest or specialist skills or interests in working with neurodivergent clients.

Associate Speech and Language Therapist (SLT)

Ideally, you will be trained and have experience of using diagnostic assessments including either the ADOS-2, DISCO or ADI-R. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two year’s experience post-qualification who are registered with HCPC and RCSLT. Associate CBT and EMDR Roles

An exciting opportunity for a number of Associate Therapists practicing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR has become available. The post holders will provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and/or EMDR interventions to individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and trauma related problems.
​
The post is open to therapists holding a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT, those who have completed IAPT High Intensity training, and to those who have a core profession who have completed EMDR training levels 1-3. Therapists will ideally be accredited or newly accredited with the BABCP, EMDR association and/or HCPC registered.
​
It is essential that you can conduct high quality assessments as well as being able to formulate, plan and monitor effective treatment plans for clients using clinical outcome measures. You will also be experienced in putting together robust relapse prevention plans.
Experience of working in Primary Care, NHS, private practice or relevant clinical settings providing support to those with a wide range of clinical presentations is desirable. As well as one to one therapy you may have an opportunity to co-facilitate group interventions.

An exciting opportunity for a number of Associate Therapists Clinical Psychologists has become available. The post holders will provide psychological assessments and interventions to individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and trauma related problems.

We are primarily a Brighton and Hove based service and we are looking to add to our diverse therapy team. We are in a position where we are now able to consider applicants on a national level, as we are providing a substantial proportion of therapy successfully online.
The post is open to psychologists who are registered with HCPC.

It is essential that you can conduct high quality assessments as well as being able to formulate, plan and monitor effective treatment plans for clients using clinical outcome measures. You will also be experienced in putting together robust relapse prevention plans.
