Our team is made of highly experienced Psychologists, Therapists and Counsellors with extensive experience of helping people like you to overcome a range of difficulties. We only use therapies that have been proven to work and provide good outcomes.

We offer therapy to Children, Young People, and Adults across the UK. Our therapists specialise in a wide range of problems including Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Sleep Disorders / Insomnia, Low Self-esteem, Eating Disorders, Perinatal and Perimenopause mental health (including Post-Natal Depression), PTSD and Complex Trauma. We offer a various treatments including Counselling, CBT and EMDR, amongst others. 

We have clinics in various locations including Bristol, Bath, and Hove as well as providing Online Therapy and Online Counselling, which has been proven to be just as effective. This includes online CBT and online EMDR

All our therapists are fully accredited, regulated and well qualified in the treatments that they provide.

We are highly experienced team of Psychologists, Therapists and Counsellors with core professions in Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Counselling and we are all fully accredited. As a service we pride ourselves of being multidisciplinary as this means we can find the right therapist and approach to work with your specific needs.

Our team are all extremely experienced with backgrounds working in either the NHS or private sector. They can help you to overcome a wide range of problems including Stress and Anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, PTSD and Complex PTSD /childhood trauma), Body Dysmorphia (BDD), Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Depression, Low self-esteem and Sleep Disorders / Insomnia.

 

We understand the impact that these problems can have on your quality of life. Our aim is to help you to understand why you are feeling the way that you are and to find strategies that you can use to help you to start to reclaim your life. We can also help you if you are just looking to improve your wellbeing, self-confidence, or relationships in general. 

As a team, we strongly believe in only delivering therapies that have been proven to work. We have experience of working with a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Systemic Therapies, Occupational Therapy and other Recovery-based approaches. We also offer brief focused therapies such as, Solution-Focused Therapy, in order to help you to reach specific goals as well as Recovery Plans. Our work is informed by key psychological and occupational theories and models such as cognitive theory, attachment theory, behaviourism, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches to name a few.
