We are a compassionate and experienced team of Psychologists and Therapists. We provide treatments that work that will help you to feel better. We only use therapies that have been proven to work and there is strong evidence that they provide good outcomes.

We offer therapy to people across the UK who are experiencing a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, eating disorders, PTSD and various forms of trauma. We offer a range treatments including CBT and EMDR.
Our primary base is in Brighton and Hove in Sussex. However, we have clinics in various locations and we are providing Online Therapy (online counselling) which has been proven to be effective. This includes online CBT and online EMDR.
All our therapists are fully accredited, regulated and well qualified in the treatments that they provide.

We are highly experienced team of psychologists, therapists and Occupational Therapists, each with a minimum of ten years experience, within both private healthcare and NHS mental health services. We have core professions in Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy and Occupational Therapy and are all fully accredited.
Our team are all extremely experienced and can help you to overcome a wide range of problems including stress and anxiety (including social anxiety & performance anxiety), phobias, panic attacks, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD - including complex/childhood trauma), body dysmorphia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and work-related stress, depression, low self-esteem, and eating disorders. We understand the impact that these problems can have on your quality of life. Our aim is to help you to understand why you are feeling the way that you are and to find strategies that you can use to help you to start to reclaim your life. We can also help you if you are just looking to improve your wellbeing, self-confidence, or relationships in general.
As a team, we strongly believe in only delivering therapies that have been proven to work. We have experience of working with a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Systemic Therapies, Occupational Therapy and other Recovery-based approaches. We also offer packages specifically aimed at supporting wellbeing in the workplace and work-based interventions. We also offer brief focused therapies in order to help you to reach specific goals as well as recovery plans to help you to avoid a decline in your mental health in the future.
